Massage at home; call 0409 422 680Providing Massage at Home

In 1995 I started Affordable Mobile Massage. I have gained an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy ( Myotherapy), a Diploma of Health (Massage Therapy) and a Certificate in Sports Massage. I also studied deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage and I am a qualified fitness instructor. The latter being particularly useful to provide my customers with exercises they can perform to stay active while recovering from an injury.

In my early 20s I had a debilitating knee injury. This severely curtailed my sporting activities and impacted on my normal everyday life, as I was in constant pain. I had numerous operations and underwent long term rehabilitation. I understand the impact on a person’s life when you have an injury or suffer from a condition.

It is my aim when I treat my clients for them to enjoy the best possible quality of life, if not free from pain, to be able to manage their pain.

Over the years I worked at sporting facilities, including AFL clubs, Basketball Associations, Aquatic & Recreation Centres and BMX clubs.

With my Mobile Clinic I am able to come out to any organisation or event to perform massages for staff or participants.

As I have Work Cover Accreditation and I am a provider for health rebates, you will be able to claim a refund from the relevant organisation. If you are member of a health fund I do recommend that you check with your fund what level of cover for Myotherapy and Remedial Massage is included in your membership. For more information on my accreditation see the website of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists: www.aamt.com.au
